Jon Oskar Arnason, co-founder and head chef at Bryggargatan Restaurant, brings his passion for nature to the table, sourcing only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients from the local area. In addition to the restaurant, Jon Oskar also founded ÓGIN Distillery, where he uses the same commitment to quality to craft premium spirits and is dedicated to building a sustainable business. He will share his insights of working in a startup and the importance of companies emerging up north - how essential that is to the growth and development of our region.
